Up until about 3 years ago I HATED EXERCISE. I was one of those lazy fat lads who always used excuses like "I'm too busy" or "I'm happy with the way am" or "I can't afford it".........


Well I gotta tell you folks. After a 12 Week program with Caveman Training back in 2016 I was converted.... Now, I love the gym, I love the feeling you get after a good work out and I'm not gonna lie, shedding the fat and building some muscle has done wonders for my body confidence.





So....
