We all want to feel happy, balanced and settled don't we? 


I know that's what I need in my life and I've realised it's the smallest of changes that make the biggest of difference. 


I know a lot of us can sometimes think we can go from 0 to 100 with the click of our fingers but change, lasting change takes time and commitment.


That's why I'm committed to the long run and not the sprint. The hard truth is there's no quick fix..... no pill that will give you the 6 pack in a month and certainly no Jedi mind trick to stop all those unhealthy thoughts, feelings and behaviours over night.

What we all need is proven steps we can do day by day that might seem small on their own but over time will work wonders for your mental wellness.

  • Find out what makes you happy and what your strengths are and focus on them. It'll work wonders for your self-esteem.


  • Go for the easy wins. Break down your goals into smaller sections and go for making the easy ones first. It'll give you confidence to go for the biggies

  • Exercise..... I've said it and i'll say it again, Exercise will super charge your mental health. You'll feel fresh, focused and you'll have that much energy you'll be bouncing around all day long.


  • Step out of your comfort zone and try something new. It could be as small as a new food recipe or as big as going for the dream job you've always wanted. 


  • There's nothing good that will come out of dealing with struggles on your own so open up to people. What do you have to loose?
